spinQ – Robotics Intermediate/Beginners

Monday thru Friday : 9am to 1pm Interactive comprehensive class. Learn the basics of circuitry and programming (5 day class). Have fun with Magnets, Motors, LEDs and build a robot.

Pick Up and Drop Off Please make sure your child arrives promptly to each class. Extended day available upon request. Prior arrangements need to be made (additional fees will apply). Please be on time to pick up your child at the end of class.

Release of Liability Indemnity and Assumption of Risk - Mandatory for Participation.
I hereby absolve and hold harmless Quo Computer and their respective employees, subcontractors and volunteers, from all injuries, claims, or liabilities that may result from my participation or my minor child's participation in the above activities. If the above participant is a minor, I give my consent to his/her participation. I am aware the activity may involve risk of injury and assume all risks for injuries received.

Permission to Photograph Student
Our workshops may use cameras to make video and photo records of student projects. We take child's safety very seriously and never include information about individual students. Your participation in this program confirms your permission to use cameras.

Consent
I have read and understood the registration form, liability release and consent form and agree to all the terms and conditions. I give consent for my son/daughter/dependent child to participate in roboQ : Summer Camp, and I execute the above release on his/her behalf by submitting this form.
